These terms apply when you use this website (articles, navigation, contact form).
Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the site.
Content
Articles are for general information only. Plant care depends on species, climate, potting mix, and health — always verify critical steps (especially pests, children, and pets).
App & third parties
Links to mobile stores or tools (e.g. Plant Doctor AI) are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. The mobile app is described in section B below and in the Privacy Policy (section B) on this site.
Intellectual property
Text, branding, and media on this site are protected unless otherwise stated. You may share links; copying large portions without permission is not allowed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses from relying on site content or downtime.
Changes
We may update these website terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
B) Mobile app — Terms of Use (Plant Doctor AI: Plant Care)

The text below matches the in-app Terms of Use in the Plant Doctor mobile application.
1) Educational purpose only
Plant Doctor provides educational and informational guidance for home plant care. Content is generated automatically and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate in some situations.
2) Not professional advice
The app does not replace a licensed agronomist, botanist, toxicology expert, veterinarian, or local plant health authority. For severe infestation, toxicity concerns, or urgent plant loss, seek professional help.
3) User responsibility
You are responsible for how you apply recommendations in your environment (light, humidity, pets, children, soil, fertilizers, pesticides). Always verify critical actions before applying treatment.
4) Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks digital features and higher usage limits as shown in the app before you subscribe. Coffee is an optional consumable purchase where offered.
Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google Play; we do not collect or store your payment card numbers.
Premium renews automatically each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal may be charged up to 24 hours before the current period ends.
To cancel or manage Premium on Apple devices: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Plant Doctor, and turn off renewal (you can also manage subscriptions in your App Store account).
The subscription title, length (monthly), price, and any trial or introductory offer are displayed in the app and in the store at the time of purchase.
If the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your download, it applies together with these terms. Official Apple Standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. You may also see a functional link in the App Store product page or description, as required by Apple.
Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable policies of Apple or Google.
We may change pricing, features, or limits as required by law and store rules.
5) Availability and changes
We may modify, pause, or discontinue some features, integrations, or limits at any time to improve quality, security, or legal compliance.
6) Content and data
To provide diagnosis and care guidance, the app may process plant photos and technical usage data. Do not upload sensitive personal content.
7) Limitation of liability
Plant Doctor is provided "as is" without warranties of specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, crop loss, or damages resulting from app usage.
