A) Website & blog (this site)
This section explains how we handle information when you use this website: reading articles, the contact form, cookies, optional Google Analytics, and Google AdSense (when enabled).
Who we are
This site is operated as part of the Plant Doctor AI / plant care content project ("we", "us"). Contact options are listed on the Contact page.
What we collect
- Content you send (e.g. contact form): name, email, and message text so we can respond.
- Technical data from hosting and optional analytics: approximate location (country/region), device type, pages viewed, and similar usage metrics when you accept analytics cookies.
- Advertising: if Google AdSense is enabled, Google may use cookies or similar technologies according to Google's policies.
Legal bases (EEA/UK-style framing)
We process data to respond to enquiries (contract / legitimate interests), to run and secure the site (legitimate interests), and — only after consent — for measurement and advertising.
Retention

The text below matches the in-app Privacy Policy in the Plant Doctor mobile application.
Introduction
This privacy policy applies to the Plant Doctor AI: Plant Care app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Sy development (the "Service Provider"), offered as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information collection and use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Which parts of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those areas
- Time spent in the Application overall
- The operating system on your mobile device
The Application does not collect precise location of your mobile device.
The Application uses artificial intelligence (AI) to improve your experience and provide features. AI-related processing may use your data to deliver personalized content, recommendations, or automated functionality. AI processing is carried out in line with this policy and applicable law. Questions about AI or data processing can be directed to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may use information you provide to contact you with important notices, required information, or marketing where permitted.
To improve your experience, the Service Provider may ask you for certain personally identifiable information. What you provide is retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third-party access
Aggregated, anonymized data may be sent periodically to external services to help improve the Application and the Service Provider's services. Information may be shared with third parties as described in this statement.
The Application relies on third-party services that have their own privacy policies. Third-party services used include:
- AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Firebase Cloud Messaging
The Service Provider may disclose information you provide and data collected automatically:
- When required by law (e.g. subpoena or similar process)
- When the Service Provider reasonably believes disclosure is needed to protect rights, your safety or others' safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
- With trusted service providers who act on the Service Provider's behalf, do not use the information for their own independent purposes, and agree to follow this privacy statement
Subscriptions and payments
In-app purchases, including the Premium auto-renewing subscription and optional Coffee purchases, are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your full payment card number.
To unlock features and enforce usage limits, we may receive subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction-related identifiers from Apple or Google.

Opt-out rights
You can stop collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it, using your device's or app store's standard uninstall process.
Data retention
User-provided data is retained while you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward. To request deletion of user-provided data collected through the Application, contact the Service Provider at ud.dariya@gmail.com; they will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 through the Application.
The Application is not directed at anyone under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider learns that a child under 13 has provided personal information, that information will be deleted from servers promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, contact the Service Provider at ud.dariya@gmail.com so appropriate steps can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider works to protect the confidentiality of your information using physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for data it processes and maintains.
Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by updating this policy. You should review it periodically; continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance.
